Tenant Domain Mailbox (local-part) IMAP host IMAP port Junk folder Scan folder (INBOX.mailscans for server-side filter)

Server-side filter required for the default. EchoShield will read from INBOX.mailscans (the value in the field above) but the server-side filter is what delivers mail there. Until you set up the filter, the poller will find nothing in INBOX.mailscans and silently score zero mail. For xneelo / Roundcube webmail: create the INBOX.mailscans subfolder, then Settings → Filters → create "All messages" → "Move to folder" → INBOX.mailscans. To use the legacy direct-INBOX mode (poller reads from your real inbox, races with your laptop) change the field above to INBOX.

IMAP user (full address) IMAP password Action threshold (junk) Delete threshold Use Anthropic LLM for grey-zone scoring (4.0–9.0 Rspamd score)

To change tenant / domain / mailbox local-part, delete this mailbox and add a new one.

Feedback

Train EchoShield on this sender. Future emails from this address will be handled accordingly.

Also block/whitelist the whole domain (catches local-part rotation: mail@, yachts@, noreply@, …)

New API token

A short label so you can recognise this token later (e.g. raveshn-laptop, client-acme-workstation). The plaintext is shown once on creation.

Revoke token?

This will immediately disable the token for all API clients. The action cannot be undone — you'd need to create a new token to restore access.
